Because Black Love Black Travel digital products are delivered electronically and access is provided after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital products once access has been delivered.

For travel bookings, cruise fares, deposits, cancellations, refunds, credits, and changes are governed by the terms and policies of the travel supplier, including Virgin Voyages when applicable. Black Love Black Travel does not control supplier cancellation policies, refund timelines, fare rules, or future travel credit terms.
